The system automatically profiles candidates, making it easier to find the right people for each role. Instead of endless spreadsheets, Field Ready can now search and filter candidates instantly. Assessments? Fully digitised. Training? Delivered through the platform, with both self-paced and instructor-led sessions.

And we didn’t stop there. We also revamped Field Ready’s public website to clearly communicate their mission and attract even more candidates and employers.
